Issue:
When a user attempts to log into Kurzweil 3000 version 11 Web License, the user will receive the error The request failed with HTTP status 404: Not Found (pictured below):
Reason:
The server and software technology upon which the Kurzweil 3000 v11 Web License relied for license storage and management has become obsolete, is no longer supported, and therefore, we cannot upgrade to continue providing service.
