1.32. Updating Windows may cause the Acapela voices to be unavailable

Issue:
Updating Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 with Kurzweil installed may cause the Acapela voices within Kurzweil 3000 version 14 or v15 to become unavailable.
Solution 1:
- Update Kurzweil 3000, if there is an update available. Refer to this guide linked here.
- Reboot your computer after downloading and running the update.
- Launch Kurzweil and see if your voices are restored.
If Solution 1 doesn't work:
Solution 2:
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Kurzweil Educational Systems\Common Files\Acapela
- Find the KESIRegSapi5.bat file in the Acapela folder (do not run this yet)
- Right-click it > Select Run as Administrator (Important)
- A window will come up stating to press any key to continue, press a key on your keyboard and the box will then close after a short time.
- Restart your computer after step 4.
- Open Kurzweil 3000: Will, Heather, Tracy along with any other extra Acapela voices that have been installed should now be available again.
