4.17. Xerox Workcenter 6515 Troubleshooting

Combination: Xerox Workcenter 6515 + Windows 10 + Kurzweil 3000
Problem:
The device is not scanning properly.
Solution:
Make sure all the drivers are installed from Xerox Workcentre 6515 for the scanner. There are several downloads.
If you want to scan with the flatbed, you will need to do the following in K3000:
1. Scan > Scanner Setup > Select Scanner... > choose the 'Xerox TWAIN Scan USB Driver'
2. Perform your scan. You can click on the Scan tab, click the color button, then the Scan button
If you want to scan with the ADF, you will need to do the following in K3000.
3. Scan > Scanner Setup > Select Scanner... > choose the 'WIA-Xerox WIA Scan USB Driver (TWAIN)'
4. Perform your scan.
