3.1. Keyboard Shortcut Keys

Quick List:

SPACEBAR: Puts a checkmark in a checkbox.
TAB: Moves focal point to the next section within a dialog box.
ENTER: Accepts the highlighted selection.
UP/DOWN ARROWS: Moves focal point until you hear the desired selection within a dialog box or menu.
F12 & F11: Increases and decreases Reading Speed.
F5: Starts and stops Reading of a document.
F9: Starts and stops Scanning.
CTRL+ALT+K: Opens the K1000 application.
ALT+H+A: Shows version of K1000.
CTRL+G: Takes you to a desired page.
CTRL+F: For finding text.
CTRL+D: Defines a word.
ESCAPE: Escapes out of most CTRL+ commands.
