2.12. Safari v12+ - Not reading content in kurzweil3000.com

Issue:

When using Safari v12.0+ to read content within the kurzweil3000.com web app, reading may not function properly.


Solution:

Safari v12.0 and higher has introduced a function that prevents the playback of media from websites by default.  To address the issue with reading within kurzweil3000.com, please perform the steps below.

1. Launch Safari
2. Navigate to https://www.kurzweil3000.com/KLogin.php
3. Go to Safari > Settings for this Website
4. Point your mouse to the right of 'Auto-Play'
5. Change the setting to 'Allow All Auto-Play'

You should now be able to read content within kurzweil3000.com.
