4.19. Canon DR-C225 Troubleshooting

Combination: Kurzweil 3000 v20 + Windows 10 64-bit + Canon DR-C225

Problem:

The device is not scanning properly.

Solution:

1. Exit Kurzweil.

2. Run C:\Program Files (x86)\Kurzweil Educational Systems\Diags\ScanConf.exe

3. Within Scanner Configuration, set the following:

Select the Canon DR-C225 TWAIN driver

Hold Scanner: Never
Native Scan: On
Simulate Xfer Ready: Always On

Click OK.

4. Within Kurzweil, initialize that driver and attempt to scan.
