1.58. Key not valid in specified state error

Applies to: Kurzweil 3000 Web License / Subscription

Problem:

Upon launch or login of Kurzweil 3000, you receive an error message stating "Key not valid in specified state..."

Solution:

  1. Exit out of Kurzweil 3000.
  2. Go to C:\Users\<computerusername>\AppData\Local\KESI\Kurzweil 3000 and delete the K3000Versions.k3v file there.
  3. Launch Kurzweil 3000 and you should no longer receive the error.
