Problem:
When attempting to open a file from the UL using the Win app, the user receives a CLTFSGTFLERR error similar to the below pictured.
This issue may be encountered when your network is using a proxy server and you have not made the proper exceptions for our service. See below.
What is Light Speed Relay?
It’s a web filter proxy server. You install agents on computers. You access a server console from a website. When a domain user logs into a computer with the agent installed, it applies one or more profiles to that user.
Solution:
Although they may have allowed our websites (kurzweil3000.com, kurzweiledu.com, fireflybykurzweil.com) in the profiles, they also need to add our websites as exceptions to their HTTPS middle man encryption.
